Requirements Analysis

MineRP will produce a custom-developed implementation plan covering business and project objectives, key event schedules with cost, benefits, time and scope as well as detailed resource plans.

Understanding the client’s business

This is where the business gap with regards to Systems, Structure, Skills, Style, Productivity, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Roles & Responsibilities and KPI’s are established.  In short, we make it our business to understand your business before configuring our solutions to produce the desired outcomes.

Implementation Phase

MineRP experts are often deployed on-site during this phase to liaise with key role players and do configuration of the systems being implemented. These expert consultants also do on-site training in the use of the new solution, covering both the product as well as the process changes (if any) addressed.  Where required, customised training manuals are produced, and data take-on and conversion is done before going live with any system.Change management may be a major requirement for a large IT project.  MineRP has a team of highly qualified organisational behaviour experts ready to assist clients with any interventions required to keep employee’s hearts and minds aligned with the organisation’s desired outcomes.

Follow-up Phase

Follow-up normally comprises a hands-holding period of monitoring and mentoring, further embedding business processes, applications or skills.
